Caque Pops maintains a strict NO returns or refunds policy. ALL ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. 

There is Absolutely NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE for ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, AND SALE ITEMS (ORDERS PURCHASED USING A COUPON OR PROMOTIONAL CODE CONSTITUTE SALE ITEMS). 

If items are damaged upon receipt please email [email protected] with a photo and description of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt of the item and we will send you new one. If items are sold out you will have the option to choose another item.

Items may be exchange for another item of equal or greater value only within 5 days of RECEIVING items.

Because out jewelry is made of hypoallergenic materials and due to the nature of our bodies, we suggest coating jewelry that will come in direct contact with skin with a clear top coat polish. We also suggest refraining from spraying perfumes, applying lotions or any other cosmetics onto jewelry as to not shorten its wearable life!
